Dear Supplier,

1. You are invited to submit your price quotation for the printing and supply of the promotion materials for the Moldova Water Security and Sanitation Project, as follows:

1. You may quote for the item under this invitation. Price quotations will be evaluated and contract awarded to the firm offering the lowest evaluated cost. Incomplete or partial Quotes will not be considered. Alternative quotations/options are not allowed.

1. Your price quotation in the form attached shall be submitted in electronic version, singed electronically in line with the provisions of the Law no. 91 dated May 29, 2014 on electronic signature or submitted scanned holographically signed version. The Supplier will secure the electronic quotations setting a password. The password will be sent to the Purchaser immediately after the deadline of submitting the quotations to the e-mail: tender@ondrl.gov.md.  

1. The deadline for receipt of your quotation by the Purchaser at the electronic address indicated above is: September 15, 2023, 15:00 (local time). Late quotations will be rejected.

1. Interested firms will obtain the full tender document upon request, addressed to the e-mail below.
